How To......How To Order. Ordering online is very simple. Next to each item is a 'add to basket' icon. Just click to add your item to your basket. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'view basket' icon at the top or bottom (left hand side) of each page. While viewing your basket you can change the quantity of each item or delete an item from your basket. When your are completely satisfied with your purchases you then proceed to checkout to complete your purchases. This is done with Paypal on their secure server.
Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched next day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. If outside the UK, please email us for delivery quote before checkout. Delivery charge is £3.95 per order to UK mainland postcodes. The following postcodes may incur an extra charge, please contact us before ordering: BT Returns If your item is damage in transit, please inform us as soon as possible, either by phone, 029 20777510 or by email, sales@parrotsparadise.co.uk. We will replace the item on return of the damaged item and cover all postal charges. If you find your are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know as soon as possible and on return of the item we will provide a refund, minus delivery costs.
